A place for memory, civic reflection and solidarity: debate on memory, justice and dignity, art-therapy workshops, reflection space and humanitarian collection.

Inflatable games, face painting and secure supervision for children while parents explore arts, food and exhibition booths.
- 06Administration, security & backstage
Operational HQ, logistics and emergencies: Advanced Medical Post with doctors and ambulances, PNC / private-security command post, artists’ dressing rooms and press accreditation.

How do I reach the site?+
Athénée Hewa Bora is in central Kolwezi. Festival shuttles will connect key neighbourhoods and junctions; taxis and motorbike taxis are available near the entrance. Secure paid parking and VIP/VVIP access are provided.
What are the opening hours?+
The site is open from 10:00 to 20:00. The Kids Zone welcomes supervised children aged 4 to 12 from 10:00 to 16:00.
Where can I buy a pass?+
Buy a Standard ($5), VIP ($50) or VVIP ($250) pass through Illico Cash, its app or official box offices. Show the QR code or physical ticket at the entrance.
Where can I stay in Kolwezi?+
Partner 2- to 4-star hotels are within 15 minutes of the site. Book early: your FIKAL ticket confirmation code may give access to negotiated discounts.
What are the entry rules?+
Phones, compact cameras, small plastic water bottles and small bags are allowed. Glass, weapons or sharp objects, illicit substances, fireworks, large coolers and unaccredited drones are prohibited.
Can children enter the site?+
Yes. FIKAL is a family event: the Kids Zone is supervised by qualified teams and entry is free for children under 6 accompanied by a guardian.
What happens in a medical emergency?+
An Advanced Medical Post operates in the Administration, Security & Backstage area, with doctors, first-aiders and ambulances. Security is provided by PNC and private agents.
